The work involves observing the executive in a variety of settings in their work environment and generally involves a 360-degree feedback mechanism to help under the executive’s effectiveness as well as areas where improvement is needed.
Leaders typically engage the coach for a 3-month or 6-month program depending on the need. Meetings are held for several hours each month and can be scheduled in advance.
