




He’s a speaker, blogger, and author of the book Mass Customization: An Enterprise-Wide Business Strategy, and The A La Carte Customer®.
He’s been in the front row for the birth and evolution of Silicon Valley, the innovation capital of the world. Since 1992, he has made a difference for his clients by making the complex simple around people, process, and technology.
His clients include large corporations such as Cisco, Dell, Applied Materials, Nanometrics, LSI Logic, FujiFilm, and a number of start-ups and small to medium-size businesses.
Dave has held management and senior management positions in Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Product Management in a variety of high-tech industries, pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, capital equipment manufacturing, and in the fire/rescue vehicle industry.
He holds a BA from San Jose State University and an MBA from Santa Clara University. He is a member of the Leadership Board for the College of Arts and Sciences at Santa Clara University.
Dave is a member of the Society for the Advancement of Consulting (SAC). He is Board Approved by SAC in “Configurable Products and Services Strategy & Implementation.”
Dave has been inducted into the Million Dollar Consulting® Hall of Fame. He has written for Fast Company as an Expert Blogger, written articles published in Forbes, and is a member of Dell’s Customer Advisory Panel.
In addition to authoring Mass Customization: An Enterprise-Wide Business Strategy, Dave has recently published, 100 Insights – Actionable ideas for business growth and sustainability, which includes insightful sections on business execution, customer service, customer experience, entrepreneurship, and innovation. His book built on his signature service, The A La Carte Customer®, is set to be released in 2020.
